Fees for Domestic Clients

 

The fees quoted below are approximate guide lines.  They can vary depending on the scope of the individual requirements.  For example, should Yorkshire Build Consultancy be employed to monitor the quality of the construction of a new extension on a regular basis during the build, a negotiated price can be agreed depending on size and complexity of the project, number of visits needed and distance to the project.  Please email to discuss.  Contact details can be found here.

 
 

    

Please do not hesitate in contacting me for fear that costs will be high.  YBC aims to ultimately save you money. 

I will be honest and open should I believe that any advice is unlikely to

have a bearing on the quality or delivery of the building work.

 
 
  Consultation Costs £50 upwards depending on size and complexity.    (includes summary report)
 
  Review of Initial Design    £50 upwards depending on size and complexity.    (includes summary report)
   
  Quality Inspection: starting at £50 per inspection, increasing depending on travel distance & size of project.
 
  Snagging: New Build House 2 bed £200    3 bed £300  4 bed  £400     All include full report.
 
  Full Project Manager fees on request.   Subject to extent of service required, project size, type and duration.
   
  Letter of complaint to designer or builder £50 upwards depending on extent of research required.
 
  Travel included as described here Cost for further distance travelled negotiable.
